Can I buy a buckle only, or a buckle and keeper to attach onto my existing strap?
Yes, we sell buckles only, buckles with keepers or the entire strap, buckle, keeper combination. However, if you order the buckle and keeper combination only you will have to cut out the fixed keeper on your existing strap and push a spring bar through the strap to hold your new metal keeper which we will supply you with.
How do I measure to order the correct buckle?
Our buckles are available in 3 different sizes. 14mm, 16mm and 18mm, so your decision
will be easy. Simply measure the width of the buckle end of your strap.
(14mm=0.551 inches; 16mm= 0.6299 inches; 18mm= 0.7087)
How do I install an individual buckle?
It is a simple task to install our buckles; both ends are drilled through. They come with extra spring bars and a tongue. Remove your old buckle insert the tongue first in the strap slot and then push the spring bar through. Then pull back on the spring bar and install the new buckle. If you are a butter fingers, this may take a few tries.
How do I measure to order the Trio model?
Measure the distance between the lugs, try and use a millimeter gauge because the straps are sized in MM. It is important to measure accurately. We offer our straps in sizes 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 millimeters. Here is a handy MM to inches calculator for you to use
How do I install the Trio model?
First remove your old strap; hopefully it will not be difficult. All our straps come with Retracto spring bars, turn the strap over and pull back the pin and gently maneuver it between your watches lugs and release it. It may take a few tries but you will be able to do it.
What if the Trio model does not fit?
In some instances it might not fit, your watch might not have enough room for the strap because of the curvature between the lugs, or you may have measured incorrectly. You can order the next size down or return it for a full refund.
What is your return policy?
No questions asked, just send it back for a full refund, as long as it is unused. Our refund policy does not apply to the Monogram Series.
What is your delivery time?
We try and stock all our models; if they are in stock we will ship your order out the same day. In some cases we may backordered. If that is the case we will keep in contact with you and notify you when your order is ready.
What is your shipping policies?
Shipping Domestic:
If your purchase is domestic, meaning in the United States your order will be shipped by UPS overnight. The charge for any shipment under $300 is $15. Orders over $300 are shipped free of charge. UPS overnight service is reasonably priced, fast and dependable. If there is a problem we can track the package quickly and let you know where it is.
We cannot ship to a PO Box.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your purchase within a few days please contact us and we will track it.
Shipping International:
We ship world wide with a few exceptions and most likely yours is not one of them. We use the United States Postal Service for International shipments. The charge for an international shipment is $25. This is registered and insured for the value of the order.
How long will it take before I receive my purchase?
If your item is in stock it will be shipped within two days. But because of the fluctuating price of gold it is not possible to stock all our items. If your selection is not in stock we will produce it for you when we receive the order. It will take between five and ten work days to finish your item and you will be notified that it is ready to ship.
